Owen had his 6-month checkup on Friday... and we may have a linebacker on our hands! He weighed in at 17 pounds 12 ounces and was 26 1/2 inches long. I think he's been raiding the fridge in the wee hours of the night.

Even though I know you aren't suppose to compare your children, I couldn't help it. I looked back through Aubrey's baby book to see where her weight and length were at this stage and she wasn't even close. She wasn't 17 1/2 pounds until somewhere between nine and ten months. Owen will most likely outweigh Aubrey... and probably by his first birthday. He may grow to be be taller, heavier, and even sronger, but I have no doubt that she will never let him forget who is older!
